  • Y-Axis Clothing Co. reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue services, or update products at any time.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All Y-Axis designs, trademarks, logos, and written materials are the exclusive property of Y-Axis Clothing Co.

  • Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

  • Design or manufacturing services do not transfer ownership of Y-Axis intellectual property.

  • Clients submitting their own artwork must hold full rights and indemnify Y-Axis Clothing Co. against any related claims.

 

4. Liability

Y-Axis Clothing Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party involvement, or production errors.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the related service.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before production begins.

 

5. Partnerships & Third Parties

Y-Axis Clothing Co. may collaborate with trusted suppliers or partners at its discretion, maintaining full oversight of quality, consistency, and delivery.
